    Update
Tonight's a pretty good night for a random update.

Overall, I think that things have been pretty decent lately.  Even with my recent pot binge spawning extreme lazyness and unproductive behavior, with the pinnacle being 4/20 yesterday, I've maintained my sanity and worry-free mentality.  However, such a mindset is likely just fueled by my recent prescription to Lexapro, an anti-anxiety/anti-depression medication.  Such a medication has been needed my entire life, as I've always been accompanied by anxiety which has effected my confidence level and social behavior.  This medication has been long overdue, and I feel myself being a happier person now.  Its somewhat distressing that I can say that about a pill, but better living through chemistry I suppose?

Changing subjects slightly, I've been feeling lately that I don't want to get into a relationship.  I have a couple girls in mind who I feel myself attracted to, but I'm afraid of dating for awhile after Amanda.  Its not because I don't want to feel heart break, its because I am really enjoying the freedom I have being single.  I have been just hanging out with good friends lately, and I am starting to feel more like myself.    I feel like this upcoming summer is going to be the best one of my life... and I'd like to go into it single and ready to have fun.

I feel like a faggot for writing this entry, but I also feel like I should contribute more to this.

    A return?
Oh livejournal, its been so long.  I've been having severe withdrawls from your absence in my life.  Well, not exactly... however, my boredom has directed me to continue to attempt to be a regular livejournal updator... or at least thats the plan until I get bored of it.  Anyways, its spring break for me right now and although things have been overall up and down lately, I would still consider these last few months enjoyable.

So whats happened since my last update?  Hmm... well, quite a bit.  Major life changes include my girlfriend of a year and nine months Amanda breaking up with me in mid-october.  After suffering a great deal of heartbreak symptoms I regrettably turned to cliched escape routes, which included smoking cigarettes and daily amounts of marijuana.  As a month passed, I had a fling with a girl I really liked that I met that escalated into something potentially great, and then winter break came and the prospect of a relationship gradually declined as she either lost interest in me, or I didn't aggressively pursue it as much as I should have.  These following 2 months its been a series of "maybes" and "no-ways."  And as it currently stands, I really don't have a true lead in the least bit in the romantic area.  In a way, its quite refreshing having the common committment  anxiety non-exsistent, although its hard to deny missing having somebody who dedicates their day thinking about you... not to mention the constant source of PoOn TaNg.  I feel like if I wait something good will come along that will be perfect for me.  This view could be simply wishful thinking, but I'd like to not think that way.

Months following the breakup, I started to form a closer relationship with friends Wes Ronk and Matt Garwood.  Although I've known both for a significant amount of time, I found myself associating with them frequently.  Both guys were into smoking bud on a daily basis, which I had never been a part of.  Well, as months went by, their individual habits wore off on me.  Wes and I would rent video games, go to parties, watch movies while smoking copious amounts of marijuana.  I started playing poker more with Matt Garwood and Eric Giffin, a friend I work with.  These frequent poker gatherings essentially meant "poker is a sweet excuse for smoking lots of marijuana and drinking lots of beer"  Soon, I started buying weed, which was something I told  myself I'd never do at one point.

Miraculously, I did great last semester despite dealing with major emotional trauma.  However, this semester is definitely has not started right.  Well, I'll update more later.

    Toxic Green Road Trip 2005
I wish I had pictures I could include in this post, but alas I do not. Anyways...

Sunday morning everyone left for the trip and I felt a bit excluded because I couldn't get anyone to work for me. However, some interesting things happened over the course of the day that changed that. Tony from work called and he told me he could get someone to cover his cook shift and he could cover my wait staff shift. I called Jake and they were in Plymouth. Him and Cara were happy to come get me with a 15 dollar gas fee, but Paul Frank was pissed off about it or something. Anyways, they came and got me and the first stop on the trip was going to Lomira, WI. We visited Mike Lau at the Burger King there (we actually smoked up in the kitchen area of Burger King... by the way, don't ever eat there because its horribly dirty and unsanitized). We went to fireworks city and I saw Mallory, who I haven't seen for awhile. Then we went to one of Mike's friends graduation parties. It was kind of lame. But after that we hung out in another friend of Mike's garage, had a bunch of Jagey-bombs, had a good time chatting with this kids sister and mom, who made a half-assed attempt to tell us we shouldn't drink because we're underage. After that, we went to Mike's house and continued doing the same kind of thing we were doing all night on his porch. Then we watched Identity in his room and passed out.

The next day we promptly got breakfast at McDonalds (not Burger King, we learned our lessons) and we proceeded to head to Downers Grove, IL - home of the one and only Tom "Sauce" Ebenhoe. We got to Tom's place eventually and it was fairly nice and we got nice "warm washcloth" (a term you'll be hearing a lot of later) hospitality with the showers. A little later in the day, Tom drove us to his girlfriend Megan's house. Now this was the best hospitality we received the whole trip. Meagan and her parents gave us a shitload of food to eat and Meagan even made Pistachio Pudding for Jake even though he jokingly requested it. After the meal, we walked to the bus station and proceeded to take the bus to Navy Pier. It was very surreal seeing all the huge buildings up close... its something I'm totally not used to. I've never been that close to tall buildings before so it was MAGICAL to say the least for me. Walking around downtown was pretty overwhelming. Navy Pier was pretty cool too, we rode the ferris wheel there so we could get a good glance of all the huge buildings from 150 feet up in the air. The giftshops at Navy Pier are seemingly endless. Its mostly junk, but its still cool to look at it all. After looking at useless shit in the giftshop we saw the fireworks outside Navy Pier... they were pretty cool, but I was kind of expecting something a lot more extreme I guess. Anyways, the highlight for me was on the ride home on the Metro. I was sitting next to Jake and he sees these two chinese kids right in front of us standing up with their mom. Jake goes "Hi Boys!" and they don't even look at him or react. He repeats "Hi Boys!" and stares... when they continue to ignore him, he taps a fisherman hat that one of the chinese boys is wearing. After this, the mom takes the two boys and they go and move. For some reason, this instance really tickled my humor fancy because honestly, what 17 year old male says "Hi Boys" to a couple of young lads? Jake Ebenhoe is that person. Well, we got home to Tom's later that night and then slept to Office Space.

We had to get up bright and early the next morning because it was GREAT AMERICA TYYYMEE. We ate at Subway in the morning and then we got to Six Flags at around 10. We were supposed to meet Ryan, Fiona, Kyle, and his friend there right away but they were late in typical RyGuy fashion. Six Flags was a freakin blast. At first I was reluctant to go on some rides. I wanted to start out on some pussy rides. But as soon as Ryan got there the magic convincing power of him came into effect. After I got done riding Raging Bull, I went on just about every single ride there. DejaVu is definitely the coolest one in my opinion. Paul Frank and Fiona stayed out of most of the rides, except for the one where he (Paul) pushed my shit in, but thats another story for another day... Overall, this was my favorite day of the trip. Cara agrees with me on that one too. After we were done eventually we started the trip to Indiana to visit Jake's friend Sammy. It was a loooong drive to get there, but Sammy was pretty cool. We drank the whole bottle of Bicardi O that we had and in my drunken state I got some embarassing secrets about Cara. Ha ha ha. Oh, and Sammy has the hugest dog I've ever seen in my entire life. It looks like a freakin horse. I was wondering if all dogs from Indiana were that large or if that was a "special case."

Sammy also had her grandparents over, who scared the shit out of me and Cara when they mysteriously woke us up from our respective living room couches and told us to move into the other room. In the morning I was super hungover but we took our showers and left right away. We ordered pizza at Pizza Hut, ate it, and then we headed to Milwaukee for Summerfest. Oh, before we went to Summerfest we stopped at Ashley Conard's house in Saukesville and we talked with her for awhile... well, more like terrorized her house. We got to Summerfest eventually and met up with Robbie and Jake's bitch friend Nicki. I talked to her online before hand and I thought she would be cool, but she wasn't at all. She looked like a trashy bitch, and requested that Jake sneak in alchohol for her. At first we attended a Jam Band who I can't recall that Robbie really got into..... everyone was smoking weed in the crowd, it was nuts. Eventually we left the Jam band and walked around for a bit. We saw a Jake LOOKALIKE. Seriously, he looked exactly like Jake but maybe 2 years younger. He had the blonde short fro, the same face, and he even held his cigarette the same. We eventually approached him and talked to him, but he was kind of an ass. Oh well, we still got a picture... kinda. Later on Jake and Paul and Cara and I got split up so Cara and I went to go see the Violent Femmes. They were pretty good. Although we were standing on top of a picnic bench and this fat drunk lady wouldn't stop dancing. She kept knocking Cara off and Cara was getting pissed. After we made fun of some emo kids, we went to Robbie's house and he made us not 1, not 2, but 3 frozen pizzas. My, what a guy. And then we watched some silly Upright Citizens Brigade and Strangers with Candy and went to bed.

In the morning, Robbie left early in an attempt to get Weezer tickets. Later we would find out he failed. But we were rushed to take our showers because his mom(who is very cool) had to leave for work. I forgot what we did throughout this day... I'm pretty sure a lot of nothing. Oh yes, we did go grocery shopping/car decorating/gas refilling for the night ahead. We got to Summerfest some time in the late afternoon and saw this one band that sounded like a cross between Blood Brothers and Incubus. After that we saw Scott squared and Aaron Chamberlain. It wasn't too far after that we saw Alex Drossart, Jack Hale, Alec Rudolph, Caity Kissner, and some other chick. This big collective group of ours walked around for awhile and after showing the Scotts where the Funnel Cake stand was, it was time for Weezer. I saw Maggie, Sean, Jenna, and Maggie's sister Ivy there and talked with them for awhile. Our seats were okay, could've been better. However, something funny that we developed really took off at the Marcus Amphetheatre. We would randomely shout at people who resembled people we knew or celebrities walking around and we would yell out their "names." For instance, everyone with dark rimmed glasses would get a "Hey Rivers! Rivers! Over here, Rivers!" from us or anyone who was hmong would get a "Lam, Lam! Hey Lam!" or "Hey Senga, Senga!" depending on if they were a smiley asian or a serious asian. The Pixies set was really long, but I was semi familiar with them so it was kind of cool. But the real wait was for Weezer. We smoked up a little bit before Weezer but we had to be careful because there was security guards everywhere. Apparently when I went to the restroom stall one of the guards questioned Jake, Cara, and Paul about it. But with the luck of the independent party member(Paul Frank) we escaped the situation. Weezer's set was really really cool, but of course as any Weezer fan would, I had a bunch of complaints about songs I wanted to hear which I didn't hear. After the show that night we went to Jake's campsite in some city that I don't even want to attempt to spell. We all got pretty wasted. It was a great time... except for the fact that Jake acted like the biggest faggot in the world, literally.

The next day I was in kind of a shitty mood at first, and it never really subsided. We all went swimming at Jakes campsite... well, "swimming" in my case. After that I got shit from Paul Frank and Jake the whole day about not bringing enough money on the trip. I was thankful to finally go home even though it was a really fun time. We ate at Applebees and I eventually got home that day around 6.

Yeah so I'm probably missing about a million key details, but oh well. Thats the jist of how it went.

Oh and another thing, I've gotten two separate people who don't know me in the past 3/4 weeks to tell me I look like this Josh Groban singer. Who the fuck is Josh Groban and is he a cutie bo beauty?

    Be Prepared
When I have some time I'll post an entry about my super fun Toxic Green 2005 Road Trip. However, time hasn't come for me thus far because I got home Friday evening, took a shower, then hung out at Amandas for a bit. And today I worked for 10 hours which pretty much took up my whole day. But be patient, young padawans.

    Fun Weekend
This weekend was an interesting one indeed.. I'll actually start with Saturday night because Friday was kind of lackluster. After worky poo I leave with RYYYYYGYYYYY to his house for a bit(we got off at the same time), then we go to my house to charge my phone. Kathy Von Hoff calls so we go and pick her up, go to Zeppelin's and meet up with Theo and his azn friend. Well Theo goes to drop off the gook, while me, RyGy, and Kathy go to Jakes and we meet up with Aaron Chamberlain. Amanda comes over a little bit later. It was funny because Ryan was doing what he does best - corrupt people. He was getting Aaron to take all these shots of different hard liquors. Aaron was reluctantly accepting, because alchohol's really not his thing, but in no time Aaron was completely wasted. He kept commenting on these lemons in Jakes basement and he was saying odd things about how Jamaican people only eat lemons just like "Americans only eat bananas and oranges." And then he was taking his own theory and talking about how baffling it was considering lemons are so sour. Ahh the rest of the night wasn't too memorable until the PEPPER INCIDENT. Well, its an unwritten rule that the first person who falls asleep/passes out at a gathering gets FUCKED WITH. We did it to Jake at Scott Halsey's house. Except this time it was Aaron "Burn Victim, Underrated" Chamberlain and he truly lived up to the first part of his nickname. Jake and Ryan took these cayenne peppers and put them on Aaron's face. I don't know too much about cayenne peppers, but Ryan put a small amount on my lips and they burned the rest of the night, so I can imagine what Aaron Chamberlain was going through. He was suffering to say the least. He was escorted to the sink at one point by Theo or Ryan and he kept putting water in his face. He couldn't even open his eyes for a good half hour. During this difficult moment for Aaron, Jake was making jokes about how Aaron is going to be the next Ray Charles, while Paul Frank was prancing around in Jenna Ebenhoe's flip flops saying "I'm Jenna" in the lispy voice that she's famous for. Heh.. other than the burn victim drama, it was a good time though.

The next day (yesterday) I go to Nick Monthei's graduation party for a small while before I go to work.. then after work I meet up with Amanda at Nick's, we stop at Ally Adams graduation party for a bit, go back to Nick's and everyone's watching "A Day in the Life: Nick Monthei" for http://www.toxicgreen.com : the greatest website ever. Well when everyone leaves some drama occurs that I will leave out of this entry for secrecy sake, but to put things shortly, it left me pretty bummed to say the least. But later on me, Jake, Paul Frank, and Cara go to Jake's manager Allison's place and hang out there for awhile. It was a real good time. But the REAL interesting time comes when we're about to go home. We approach Jakes house and we see a car parked right by my Ford Explorer truck by Jakes mailboxes. When we get closer to it it starts to drive away. Well we get a closer look and as it drives by we see NO DRIVER in the drivers seat. We're all liek "OMG ONE TIME I SAW A GHOST." So we follow the car even more. We're following it all around Greenbriar and neighboring streets for a good 15 minutes. We get about 3 good looks at the inside of the car while driving by it and we all agree there is no driver. Then we thought it would be a good idea to take out the video recorder and record the car so we could show everyone who doesn't believe us. We're following the car around the hospital parking lot and we take out the recorder and suddenly we can't find the car. So we're kind of bummed and freaked out because the car suddenly disappeared once we took out the recorder. We started following another car that we thought to be the original car but we went a ways and eventually found out that it wasn't the car. We were pretty dissapointed. But then on our way back to Jakes house we see the car we were following in the hospital parking lot, but there's a COP right by it. Initially I'm thinking that the cop pulled the car over for something, but then we all realize that hes following us. He pulls us over and we were worried about a couple of things while Paul Frank was explaing to the cop that we were just scared that this strange car is outside Jakes house to the cop. For one, Paul's not allowed to have more than one passenger in his car and its a 300 dollar fine usually. The other thing is is Paul has a bag of marijuana in the car right in his little travel bag thing he was carrying. When the cop asks us for our licenses to check out records, Paul takes his out of the bag and the marijuana is CLEARLY visible to the cop but the cop says nothing. He just comes back after checking us all out and says "I think its about time for you guys to go home" at 4 AM. Paul is SO FUCKING LUCKY.

By the way, the car was actually the newspaper delivery woman.

    The Time Has Come
I've finally returned to updating this thing... So summers been going on for a good 3 weeks or so now, and everythings been relatively good. My parents have left this week(as most of you know) and aren't returning until Friday. Needless to say, I've taken advantage of their absence. Saturday, the first day they left, I "lounged around" with Amanda the majority of the day and played my rented Star Wars game(Once and awhile I'll get video game addicted, but not as often as long ago). Then Aaron "Underrated" Chamberlain arrived and the PARTY REALLY STARTED. Well, actually not.. the party kinda started once Jake got off work. He, David, and Brittany came over and we got lots of alchohol from Amanda's workmate Craig.... commonly referred to as "Craigy-Waigy Pookins." Amanda also went to pick up Paul Frank and Chester and the party really began. PF brought Team America on DVD, which is a cinematic masterpeice as far as I'm concerned. Most of us were drunk enough by the poitn in time where we started watching it that nobody paid any attention. Ryan came over at some point. And then Meagan Kissner was invited over because she was talking to Amanda on the phone and Chester requested that she come over so he could "fuck her"... but he actually only wanted to do it up the ass, because he didn't actually want to have sex with her, he just wanted to "own" her.

Oh yes, and as most of you know, I have a new job. I now work at Frank and Pats. It seems pretty decent so far and I know a few people who work there already. I'm a cashier and a waiter.. so if any of you stop in there any time in the near future, chances are I'll be there.

Consequentially, I've been hanging out with long time buddy/fellow employee Ryan Vandeyacht more often. He's been over the last few nights indulging in my "leftovers" from Saturday's event... him and Fiona, that is. And its amazing that Fiona never ceases to cross me as the most annoying person I have ever met in my entire life... you think she'd improve over time SOMEWHAT but NO, she will always be Fiona.

Ohh yes, I think it was last week I was at Preble Park with Cara, CJ, and Jackie Burns. We were gonna set up this big capture the flag game (CJ's idea, and a good one I might add) and then this 13 year old wigger kid with a mullet and his black 6 year old bike riding friend crossed us. He yelled out stuff about kicking peoples asses from a far distance, and Cara, being the silly girl she is, yells back threats just to be comedic. I guess that pissed him off because he came up to us and started cussing and saying he's going to "break our jaws." Well we laugh it off and we're like "ohhh those cute 13 year old wiggers." Later on, 20 or so people come that CJ invited for capture the flag. However, one of the people NOT invited by CJ arrived back at the scene, and yes it was the same wigger kid and his darkie friend. Well Josh Peterson was there at this point, and he isn't the type to tolerate cocky 13 year olds. Josh and the kid exchange verbal insults, and then the 13 year old leaves again. 10 minutes later he comes back with 2 or 3 black kids his own age. Then the original wigger starts to attack Josh. The funny thing is, this 13 year old kid is actually kicking Josh's ass. However, the non-funny thing is that this 13 year old posse have knives that they apparently intended to brawl with. Hah... eventually everyone left, but it was funny how the whole ordeal was started by Cara simply "talking smack."

Oh my, this weekend was exciting. On Friday I went to Dave "F" Cottingham's house and I brought him to Preble for him to take care of all of his prom shit (he did an extraordinary job of arranging prom for everyone at the last moment i must admit). I greeted a few dozen people at Preble and then we ventured back to Dave's house and ate a bunch of cheap frozen pizzas of his(Paul Frank made a cameo appearence to help us with this). After that, we go to Ryan's house and watch his cool/neat/spectacular PC game that David nearly cummed watching because it dealt with old western culture with the Romans and shit and he loves that stuff. Then we went to visit JaQue at work, then went to my house for a bit, then met back up with Jake and Paul Frank at Cubs. The 5 of us did random things for a bit, then went to the Chapel at UWGB to smoke up a bit, which was really freaky because it was dark and we kept hearing all kinds of creaking and branches snapping and stuff while we were in the Chapel. After that, we went back to Ryan's house and made Jagremeister bombs (Jagey and Red Bull for all you ignent n00bs). It was lots of fun. Jake and I were being big assholes to Dave the whole night and kept singing parody versions of that one video from sickanimation.com called "My year with the dragon." (Link: http://www.sickanimation.com/dragonyear.html ) Our paradies would be like "Who has the most conservative views around? THE DAVE F DOES, THE DAVE F DOOOEEEEES" and "Who has the sexiest crustache in town? THE DAVE F DOOOOOEEEEEEEEES" It was so funny. Eventually Ryan got pissed/annoyed at us and brought out his super soaker and got Jake and I several times good... and he got Dave too, even though he didn't do anything, but he's still an "F."

Onward to Saturday - I got back from Ryan's house in the mid day, hung out at home for a bit, then went to Amandas and watched the draft there with Nick Monthei and Sami. It was prom today for the HIKE SKEWLERS and Amanda was Meagan Kissner's date, so she got ready for that and I left when she did. When I got home Chris called, so he came over. Then an interesting event happened, I got a FLAT TIRE. So coupled with the fact that Chris' car broke down, mine did too. So the both of us were stuck at home with no ride and nothing to do for awhile. Then Corri Ronk "saved the day" and came over with wheels and Emily Shea. We hung out at my house for awhile, then we dropped Chris off at home, and then went to Ryans. Ryan immediately ordered us to go to Theos, to which we complied because he's RyGy and nobody defies him. We get there and see the normal crowd there(Chaney, Jon, Eric, Josh, a bunch of weird 30-year old looking biker chicks). Well, its not long that we're there when I realize I have to return the game I rented back to Family Video. Thankfully, Corri drives me there and I drop it off, then we go back and she has to leave. Then Brittany picks me up with Holly and we go to Paul Franks... ohhh man, fun time there. There was like 20 people at peak too. Anyways, all in all, a fun weekend.

Ok so yesterday I was in this discussion event for my American Government and Politics class called "Phoenix Forum" where we split into many groups and discuss some TOUGH ISSUES. I picked Affirmative Action, because I'm pretty thoroughly against it. I was planning on actually putting forth my opinion into our study group, until I noticed that in our there was this middle aged African American man.... and he wasn't just the run of the mill blackie, he was in a wheelchair and appeared to have a severe speech inpediment. Well, needless to say I broke down for sympathy's sake and changed my whole point of view for that half hour in that discussion room. I felt that black man's pain. And then I left and made a bunch of racist jokes with my friends about him, but still, for a moment it was beautiful race harmony.

Well so yesterday after class I went to Amandas house, saw Chrit, Nick, and Richie there, and then Amanda, Nick, and I met up with Jake and Paulhuatle at Applebees. Cara joined us soonafter. It was a splendid time. Afterwards all of us minus Cara played basketball at Edison. Amanda, Nick, and I schooled Jake and Paul, and since Paul played like a re-re the first game, Jake was plum tuckered out so he sat out the next one. So the next one was just me against Paul Frank, and let me tell you, I OWNED HIM IN THE PAINT. I'd back him in EVERY SINGLE TIME and there was nothin he could do about it.

Well after that I brought Amanda home, hung out there for an hour, and then went to Luke's place where I indulged in the Luke Garon estate routine of playing video games and then going out into the garage every 15 minutes for a smoke break. It was fun. I went home at like 1, and then RyGy called and he wanted me to come to Jon's because he was hooking up his "phat sound system" or something like that. It didn't sound appealing so I said I was going to stay home, and then I started being Paul Garon and gave in and went anyways. It was boring like I thought, I just sat downstairs and played video games with Jon. However, once Ryan did get his stuff hooked up it was really cool... playing music in his car is like being in a concert now, it makes your ears ring and hurts your head, its pretty cool.
